Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, HR and/or Business in relevant area of expertise.
At least 10 years Instructional Design, Leadership Development experienced gained in various industries or large multi-nationals.
Must be familiar with Behavior Modeling as a learning methodology. Experience of ADDIE Instructional Design system is a minimum requirement.
Experience of Gamification is a pre-requisite.
Recognized Certificate in Learning & Development in managerial, leadership & behavioral field
Expert in adult learning, design and development of Learning Journeys and Short programs.
Familiar with different modern learning technologies (e.g. Learning Management System)
Excellent communication skills (Written and speaking), effective team player , creative, pro- active, self-starter and very familiar with current best practices for learning. Millennial learning needs, on-line learning and virtual learning platforms.
Able to work smoothly in a multi-cultural working environment.
