QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, HR and/or Business in relevant area of expertise.
  • At least 10 years Instructional Design, Leadership Development  experienced gained in various industries or large multi-nationals.
  • Must be familiar with Behavior Modeling as a learning methodology. Experience of ADDIE Instructional Design system is a minimum requirement.
  • Experience of Gamification is a pre-requisite.
  • Recognized Certificate in Learning & Development in managerial, leadership & behavioral field
  • Expert in adult learning, design and development of Learning Journeys and Short programs.
  • Familiar with different modern learning technologies (e.g. Learning Management System)
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and speaking), effective team player , creative, pro- active, self-starter and very familiar with current best practices for learning. Millennial learning needs, on-line learning and virtual learning platforms.
  • Able to work smoothly in a multi-cultural working environment.
  • Preferring  ATD Certified in relevant Fields
