Supervise daily hospital operations. Train Egyptian administrators and management team in western hospital philosophies, management, and leadership.
Relieve US interim CEO and continue to develop hospital management team toward a “western” style of providing clinical care and leadership.
Help the hospital achieve its mission of “to provide outstanding healthcare for our community, and train healthcare professionals to do likewise.”
Help the hospital move toward its vision “to be a model hospital for patients and
physicians in Egypt and elsewhere.”
Instill western leadership and management skills through training and modeling to the hospital management team.
Develop strong customer service philosophies and practices among all the hospital staff.
Interact with medical staff to change the paradigm from Egyptian to western/US patient care models.
Attend Board meetings, provide insight and reports to the Board, and assist in Board development.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field

Hospital experience in senior management role for a minimum of 5 years
